At the massage studio in Durango - and for mobile massage - each session incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques designed to meet your chosen goal.

Cranial Sacral Massage – AMA approved method that helps regulate the spinal fluid flow to reduce a multitude of nervous system conditions.
Myofascial Release – Helps relieve pain and restore movement by intensely targeting connective tissue from multiple angles.
Neuromuscular Massage – Addresses trigger points and muscular imbalances for pain relief. Both gentle and deep.
