The Berry Method® For Hips
Techniques to improve functional movement by "balancing the core" to improve range of motion, created by Lauren Berry, a renowned Physical Therapist from California. Hi! I'm Jules Huldin, nicknamed by my family "magic hands" since 1978.
About Me: I am trained in multiple modalities, and some of my favorites are myofascial methods, orthopedic manual therapy methods, PNF, Assisted Stretching
and The Berry Method® to "rebalance the core." I also enjoy weaving in Cranial Sacral and Lomi Lomi methods to my massage services with a dash of acupressure.
I have completed pre-Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ultra sound radiology) program. The recent anatomy and physiology education (and pathology) information I have learned - radically shifted how I approach massage with my clients to become more medical in nature.
I enjoy working with the connective tissue matrix from both structural and neurological perspectives.
I also quickly determine if more massage is appropriate for your care, and quickly refer you to the proper medical professional to amplify your healing process as needed.
(ie: go get an xray! 🤣)
How I work is with my eyes closed - allowing my well tuned skill of touch to guide me and I use my knowledge to map out the many massage methods I have learned (still learning) that might be best to apply to your situation.
We create your experience together with your input. Basically It's a co-created customized massage!
