HOW IT WORKS

You’ll get an email right after purchase.
Search for [email protected] in all inboxes (including spam).
It is the gift email you will forward to the recipient whenever you choose.
We do not send it for you.

The email you forward has everything they need to book their massage.

They book on their own schedule.
You don’t have to book anything for them.

Vouchers are nonrefundable and transferrable.

Service type and length cannot be changed after purchase.

(ie: a couples massage cannot be changed to two individual sessions.)

Expiration dates are shown at checkout and in the email you forward.

Reminder emails will go directly to the recipient so the gift doesn’t go unused.

TRANSFERS

If the original recipient cannot or does not want to use the gift,
they can simply forward the gift email to someone else.

If they’ve already booked an appointment and want to change the name, email, phone,

or location of the Pre-Paid Voucher Service, they must email

[email protected] or call us so we can update the booking.

Extra time may be added at the appointment for $3 per minute,
paid directly to the therapist on site.
