How do I book by Phone?
We don’t have a receptionist, but we do have a slightly goofy AI phone assistant that helps guide callers to our website.
The easiest way to book, cancel, or reschedule is online. We’re often in session or traveling to appointments, so we’re not always available to manage bookings in real time.
You’re always welcome to leave a message, and Jules will get back to you as soon as possible.

How Do I Cancel?
12-hour notice is required and MUST be completed by you. Please avoid asking us to do this for you.
You can cancel through the original booking email from [email protected].
Same-day cancellations without direct communication may result in a 6-month restriction on future bookings.
How Do I Reschedule?
Easily through the original booking email from [email protected]. Pick a new date and time that works for you!
Rescheduling is allowed 4 hours before your appointment using your booking email link.
Texts will not be accepted the same day for rescheduling - please use your email link.

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?
No. We are in the garden level down a flight of stairs. There is an back door entry to the studio which includes just three steps down. Please contact us before booking if access accommodations are needed so we can discuss options.
